Standard delivery within Baku takes 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, delivery may take up to 3–4 business days. Delivery to the regions of Azerbaijan takes 2–7 business days.

Delivery within Azerbaijan is free for orders of 500 AZN or more. For orders below 500 AZN, the delivery fee is calculated based on your location and shown at checkout. International delivery costs are calculated upon request.

You may request a return within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and remains in its original condition with all labels, packaging, accessories and fiscal receipt.

To request a return, please submit a request through your account on our Website. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact us directly.

If you would like a different color or model, please return the original item and place a new order, subject to availability.
